Toddler ages 13 months-36 months

Our youngest students advance in their growth and development through a rich, well prepared environment designed just for their needs. The Toddler Room is a special place with dedicated, nurturing, Montessori trained teachers implementing a curriculum that fosters cognitive development, speech and language development, gross and fine motor skills, grace and courtesy, and promotes independence.

Our toddlers are provided with a beautiful environment rich in practical life activities, exploration of the senses and language opportunities. Through music and movement with freedom of choice, our toddlers have access to a variety of large muscle activities that offer them opportunities to jump, balance, crawl, or skip.

The Montessori Academy teachers are exemplars of what excellent Montessori teachers do for their children.
